My account is suspended. What should I do?

First, you need to determine why your account has been suspended. Please log into the control panel and check your bandwidth and disk space usage. If you have reached 100% you will need to purchase additional traffic or disk space from the Buy Additional Services menu. Once the service has been purchased, your account will be automatically reactivated within one hour.
The second and most common reason why your account could be suspended is if it has expired. Please enter the "Services" menu to check the renewal dates for your services and the amount(s) due. Then follow the Add Money procedure to add the neccessary amount of funds to your account balance. Your services will then be automatically renewed and your website automatically reactivated within one hour.
