My e-mail messages are not being delivered. What should I do?

There a number of reasons why an email message is not delivered. If your messages are not delivered to the destination mailbox in a timely manner, please contact technical support to report the problem and include the following details:
- sending mailbox
- recepient address
- "bounced back" message. When a message is not delivered for any reason, a "bounced back" message is sent to the sender's mailbox. Please include this message including its full headers for tracking purposes.
