Where should I upload my website files?

You should upload your website files into the corresponding folder for your domain name hosted. When logging into FTP using your master FTP account, please enter the directory named after your domain name hosted and then upload your files.
If you are logging in using any of your domain-specific FTP accounts, you are already in the correct folder.
Please note that website files should not be uploaded in the root directory of your hosting account as there is no way how they can be accessed through the web.
